Brisbane builder developer Carbone Developments really know the importance of a well located project.

Their most recent, Parque Mitchelton in Brisbane's north-west, is ideally located so future residents hardly need a car to get everything and get everywhere they would need.

Set 35 metres from the Mitchelton Station, Parque is just 20 minutes from the city by train, and 15 minutes by car, if it's ever required.

The project of 60 one and two-bedroom apartments starting from $450,000 is also conveniently located within a six-minute walk to Brookside Shopping Centre which has over 100 retailers including Big W, TK Maxx and Target. There's both a Woolworths and a Coles, as well as all the major banks branches. Food and dining options are also aplenty.

On top of the food and beverage options in the shopping centre, there's also plenty of hospitality venues around the train station including Mary's Seafood, American diner Miss Kay's , Blackwood Espresso Bar and quaint cocktail bar The Woods Bar.

While there's extensive connectivity and convenience near Parque, there's also significant nature opportunities. The apartments have the backdrop of Michelton's leafy Osborne Road Park.

One of the most popular parks is Terabla Park, just over one kilometre from Parque. That features expansive green areas, playgrounds for children, picnic spots, and barbecue facilities. The park also features walking and cycling paths, making it a favourite for both active individuals and families.

There's also further opportunity for nature walks at Bartley's Hill Reservoir and South Pine River, the latter which runs along Kedron Brook Creek.

There's five primary school opportunities within one kilometre of the front door of Parque, as well as five secondary schools. Tertiary education institutions are also within close proximity, with campuses of the University of Queensland and Torrens University Australia around five kilometres away.

Residents at Parque are also treated to extensive amenity within the building in the form of a swimming pool and a gym, as well as a sun deck with barbecue facilities and park views.

The apartments have been designed by Red Door Architecture to make the most of Brisbane's tropical climate, with the open plan kitchen, living and dining areas opening onto balconies.

Carbone Developments has been developing in Brisbane for over two decades. They've developed both house and multi-residential projects in the likes of LutwycheRedland Bay and Chermside.

They have future projects coming up in Windsor and Redland Bay.
