Local developer 21 Property Group is approaching construction completion at Burleigh Beach Houses, a luxury collection of just six villas just two streets back from the beach.

Only two of the six townhouses remain, the final two to

Burleigh Beach Houses present almost as three duplexes, with each pair of townhouses having their own architectural style.

The last two townhouses, on the end of the road on Banksia Way, feature a sculpted, curved facade which immediately capture the eye.

They have four bedrooms across three levels and have 330 sqm of internal and external living space which includes a north-facing rear garden with outdoor kitchen, alfresco area, and a plunge pool. An internal lift services all levels, futureproofing the home for generations.

The other four townhouses have been snapped up pre-completion by a mix of buyers. One was bought by an investor from Sydney, one went to a Melburnian who is set to relocate to the Gold Coast, and another was picked up by a local who sold their family home nearby.

One of the builders from Carmichael Build has purchased a townhouse, which often boosts confidence among other prospective buyers when a builder invests in a development they've built.

Burleigh Beach Houses is strategically positioned just outside of the centre of Burleigh Heads, a short walk to James Street and the Burleigh Pavilion.

Burleigh Heads has been a popular spot on the beachfront, with luxury apartments being developed all the way up The Esplanade, but townhouse developments with the craftmanship of Burleigh Beach Houses have been few and far between.
