Brendale, Brisbane warehouse/office industrial property leased

International plastic products designer and manufacturer Reln Pty Ltd has secured an industrial complex in Brisbane's northern industrial hub of Brendale. 

The warehouse/office, at 9 Mackie Way, is situated on a land area of 9,256 square metres, which includes 5,456 square metres of hardstand.

The three plus three year lease was struck at a rental of $220,000 per annum gross plus GST.

Paul Anderson of Ray White Industrial Milton in conjunction with Dillon Murphy and Trevor Nelson-Jones of Ray White Commercial Pine Rivers handled the lease. 

Mr Murphy said the property was zoned general industry and included a 1,600 square metre warehouse and 77 square metres of office/showroom space.
