A Norman Park riverfront complex has secured its first off the plan sale ahead of its late 2022 completion.

One of the four river homes at Rivera River House, 88 Wynnum Road, has been sold to an interstate buyer. Another is on the market for $5.995 million through Trevor Egan of Belle Property Bulimia.

The two direct riverfront houses will have a 12m boat mooring. The Brenta at Rivera river houses will be built on the 1688 sqm site. Ekko Point Properties who commissioned O'Neill Architects to design the offering.

Each of the new four homes will have four bedrooms and three bathrooms over three levels, with pools and private lifts. They will be built by Scott Harris Constructions.
