Alroe announces final release of $31 million luxury development, The Finn at Mermaid Beach

Gold Coast builder developer Alroe has announced the official launch of its boutique apartment development The Finn, situated in the coveted Mermaid Beach enclave. 

The $31 million The Finn follows the highly successful debut of Lune, another of Alroe’s premier projects, which has quickly attracted significant interest due to its distinctive appeal and high demand in Main Beach.

Alroe is leveraging a critical market opportunity by delivering ultra-luxury boutique residences along the Gold Coast, a niche market that is currently dramatically undersupplied.
