A whole floor apartment in the Allure, Surfers Paradise complex has been sold for $3,615,000.

Apartment 8 is a three bedroom, three bathroom plus study residence.

It is one of only 12 whole floor apartments, plus the two storey penthouse at 1 Northcliffe Terrace.

The 8th floor includes exotic timber, granite, marble and European appliances. 

It has 336sqm space with secure private entry foyer, plus three car garaging and storage.

It is set on the beachfront on the corner of Northcliffe Terrace and Enderley Avenue. 

The boutique building offers direct beach access, gym, pool, spa and steam room.

It was sold by Russell and Bob Rollington at First National Real Estate Surfers Paradise having last sold in 2016 at $3.4 million.

The sixth floor sold earlier this year at $3.05 million having sold in 2016 at $3,265,000.

There is another project with the same name, Allure which is Macquarie York’s new development, a 17-storey luxury residential tower constructed on Chevron Island in Surfers Paradise.

It has been designed by award-winning Gold Coast firm BDA Architecture.
