There has been a $2,875,000 Trilogy North, Surfers Paradise skyhome sale, just 30 days after its listing. It last sold at $2.7 million in 2011. Set on the top two floors of the Trilogy North building, it comes with 360 degree views from both the 21st and 22nd floors. The four bedroom, five bathroom penthouse has its own infinity pool. The apartment has 670sqm on title with its extensive living space having towering 9m high ceilings. There is some 100 sqm of outdoor space. Three of its bedrooms have walk-in robes, ensuites and adjoining terraces. There is basement parking for five cars plus lock-up storage area. It was sold by Shaun Bourke at Harcourts Coastal. The apartment first sold at $1.425 million off the plan in 2003. CoreLogic advises it was listed with $4 million hopes in 2015. Realestate.com.au calculated Surfers Paradise, based on five years of sales, has seen a compound growth rate of 2.4% for units. There was a $1.2 million sale in the complex last November which failed to exceed its initial sale at $1,375,000 in 2004.
