A half floor apartment in the Gold Coast Sentinel apartment complex has been sold for $1,235,000.

It sold last week through Ray White agent Jackson Paradise.

The apartment had last traded in 2016 at $855,000. It first sold at $650,000 in 2002.

The apartment has 187 sqm of space occupying half of the 11th floor.

It is in a 30 storey residential-only building completed in 2001 by the Willemsen Group.

The Sentinel apartment offers views of the city skyline, river, Broadwater, mountains and beyond.

The master suite with walk in robe and ensuite is separated from the other two bedrooms by the living, entertaining, kitchen and dining areas, plus a separate home office.

Its facilities include a riverfront infinity edge swimming pool and BBQ area, gymnasium and indoor and outdoor entertaining areas surrounded by manicured lawns and gardens in the quiet riverfront enclave known as Budds Beach.
