The Centennial Park home of TV executive Nick Murray and wife Lizzy has been bought by publican James Auswild Jr and his wife Jessica.

The settlement comes after the Auswilds sold their Double Bay home for $4,237,000.

Auswild Jr had paid $2.4 million in 2010, a smart buy given it traded for $2.67 million in 2007 and $2.66 million in 2004.

The couple are upsizing, paying $7.85 million for the Robertson Road home (pictured) that the Murrays bought for $5.81 million in 2009.

Set on 755 square metres, the five-bedroom home has a master wing with home office, ensuite and dressing room.

McGrath Pyrmont agent Kevin Mendes sold the home.

Spending more time at their Berrima retreat, Scribbly Gums, the Murrays recently auctioned off their furniture, including four televisions, nine mirrors and a stainless steel sink.

Murray’s credits include House of Bond, You’re Skitting Me, The Checkout and Julia Zemiro’s Home Delivery.
