Former Penrith Panther turned multi-millionaire property developer Lou Zivanovic has listed his luxury home on the Northern Beaches.

Zivanovic developed the Bilgola Beach home having paid $3.3 million in 2005, commissioning the 2010 Nick Turner redesign.

Spanning four levels, the home has four bedrooms, a home office, 1000 bottle wine cellar and an infinity pool overlooking the ocean.

Its $10.5 million price hopes would double the current suburb record of $5.6 million, set by London-based expat banker Tim Throsby in 2010.

Christie's International agents Martin Ross and Darren Curtis are marketing the home in conjunction with LJ Hooker Avalon agent David Watson.

Zivanovic is the man behind the Penrith Panthers apartment development ESQ 1818, set for construction next year.

He quit rugby league at 26 to focus on his scaffolding business.

He made headlines earlier this year after he brokered a $50,000 abortion deal with the ex-girlfriend of Panthers star Bryce Cartwright – for which the NRL integrity unit cleared Zivanovic of any wrongdoing.
