The redundant Potts Point apartment of printing magnate Michael Hannan has sold for a building record $6,025,000.

The fourth level 2000 built block cost Hannan $4.85 million in 2015, reflecting over seven percent annual price growth.

Spanning 280 sqm, the apartment has has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus a loggia style space adjoining the outdoor terracing.

Hannan, a non executive director at PMP, has recently upgraded to the $8,325,000 duplex penthouse crowning the Ikon building up the street.

The three bedroom apartment spans 340 sqm of living space with 95 sqm of terraces. It was bought from New York-based private equity boss Leonard Harlan and wife Fleur.
