Brett Lee and his wife Lana have sold their renovated Clontarf home which was listed with $8 million to $8.8 million expectations.

With six contracts handed out, its didn’t even get to its first open inspection.

The couple had bought the Monash Crescent property in 2016 for $5.175 million, so they have pocketed a nice profit.
