Portsea trophy home Moonya listed with $22 million hopes
Moonya, the Portsea trophy home and one of the Mornington Peninsula's finest properties, has hit the market.
Listed with a guide of $20 million to $22 million, a sale at that price would make it the most expensive home since Ilyuka sold at Portsea for $26 million in 2010, a Mornington Peninsula record.
It's been listed by John and Jenny Fisher, the founders of international furniture company Zenith Interiors.
The clifftop is set on 2,800 square metres over two titles, with the tennis court block having been offered unsuccessfully last summer as separate holding.
The sprawling Hamptons-style home has six bedrooms, a home office and a gym.
The master is located on the second level, complete with its own walk in wardrobe, ensuite, sitting room and ocean facing balcony.
There's a two level tennis pavilion next to the tennis court and a swimming pool in the Paul Bangay gardens.
Peninsula Sotheby's agents Rob Curtain and Danielle Veins have the listing.
