Pokie king Malcolm Steinberg, founder of Leisure & Allied Industries, and wife Frances have listed their Mosman Park project.

The original four storey cliffside home on 1480 square metres was constructed by its then structural engineer owner in the mid 1970s.

It is being offered with plans for a luxury redesign by MAEK Residences (pictured below).

Its proposed as a major renovation within the existing home structure.

Steinberg paid $2.85 million in 1996.

The plans see each floor to embrace the natural surrounds.

A grand spiral staircase and lift was installed.

Inside its proposed neo-futurist home will be six bedrooms, five bathrooms and a five car garage.

Fine & Country agent Amy Gohil has the listing.
