Sydney style couple Patrick and Tamsin Johnson are out looking for their next project, having sold their Tamarama semi (above) midweek for $5.65m post-auction.

They were underbidders on a Vaucluse offering that fetched $7.2m through Sotheby’s last weekend (below).

The Johnsons paid $3.85m for their unrenovated Tamarama home in 2016, then installed decking and a pool.

The tailor to Sydney’s well-dressed business types, and his interior ­designer wife, sold their Yarranabbe Rd, Darling Point, apartment for $1.755m in 2018.
