Christian Tana, of the luxury mens apparel brand Parker and Co, and wife Cassandra, are selling their Dalkeith home.

The couple paid $2.3 million for the 1940s built home in 2013 when they were moving from Claremont.

A barbecue alfresco adjoins the salt water, solar heated pool.

Ray White agent Jody Fewster says the backyard was its standout feature.

Parker and Co has been a Perth fashion destination since its establishment in 1895.
