The Palm Beach market is sizzling heading into summer with another big ticket sale.

It was achieved in just 20 days too.

A caveat lodged shows the buyer to be Sydney property investor Victor Comino, who earlier this year bought the Pitt Street HQ of Washington H Soul Pattinson for around $100 million..

The brick and tile home on its 1,220 sqm Ocean Road parcel was offered for the first time since 1974.

It has four bedrooms and two bathrooms across its two levels.

There are two living rooms on each level. The lower level space opens to the front terrace and lawn and to the rear courtyard.

LJ Hooker Palm Beach agent Peter Robinson sold the home.
