Pacific House Palm Beach sold
Ed Bostock, director of private equity at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts, and his wife Emma, have bought Pacific House, at Palm Beach.
Built in the 1950s and redesigned by designer Greg Natale, 36 Pacific Road fetched $2.85 million when the weekender was bought from the ad agency Ikon3 chairman, Gary Hardwick and his wife, Tana Turnbull.
It had previously traded in 2006 for $3.3 million when sold by designer Niels Herholdt and Anna Utzon, the great niece of Opera House architect Jorn Utzon.
