A luxury apartment in the Pacific Bondi Beach has hit the market.

The three bedroom, three bathroom Lighthouse-style offering has been scheduled for February 28 auction.

It last traded at $8.3 million as an empty shell in early 2017, with the estimated hopes now being close to $15 million.

The 504/180 Campbell Parade apartment has been listed by the Gibner family from Canada.

The building saw 12 sales last year ranging from $900,000 to $7.1 million.

The fifth floor apartment comes with interiors designed by architects Redgen Mathieson.

It comes with an expansive glass sliding door system by Vitrosca of Switzerland enabling a seamless flow between the vast, indoor living and generous outdoor entertaining spaces.

All up there is 317 sqm space, internal and external.

It has a black granite kitchen well equipped with premium appliances; Sub-Zero Fridge, Freezer, Wine Cabinet, two Miele dishwashers, Gaggenau ovens and Espresso machine.
