One Cornwall Terrace, located on the Outer Circle road around The Regent's Park, London has been listed for sale. There's estimates of its £100 million ($154 million) likely selling price.

The prime zone one location comes with a seven-bedroom end of terrace house in NW1 4QP.

Savills is marketing its as a magnificent grade I listed London Regency mansion that has been beautifully modernised to create a 1,997-square-metre mansion.

Accessed via a carriage driveway with two gated entrances, the house has 11 reception rooms and a leisure complex with gymnasium and swimming pool, set in landscaped grounds of 0.453 of an acre complete with mews wing, garaging and forecourt parking.

Originally designed and built in 1821-23 by architect Decimus Burton and supervised by John Nash, who created the master plan for the Regent’s Park.

"One Cornwall Terrace is one of the most important private residences in London," the Savills marketing says.

It's got easy access to London's West End with Harrods, Selfridges and Liberty department stores, Marylebone High Street, St. John’s Wood High Street, Mayfair and Knightsbridge.

Named after King George IV, who also known as the Duke of Cornwall, it is often described as one of the most important private residences in London.

It has served as a grand residential home for ambassadors, generals and nobility for 150 years.

It was the official London residence of the New Zealand High Commissioner from 1955 until the 1970s.
