Olympic champion hurdler Sally Pearson and her husband Kieran have listed their Gold Coast home.

They've called the Helensvale acreage home since they 2015 when they paid $905,000. Now they're asking $1,119,000.

They bought the 1990s built Helensvale home when moving from Pacific Pines, in the northern part of the Gold Coast.

Sally and Kieran were both born and bred Helensvale, having met at the local high scool.

The couple have renovated the property which features two residences and a swimming pool.

The main home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is wrapped in verandahs.

Set separately on the 4,000 sqm parcel is an impressive home gym and office, which also features self-contained guest accomodation.

Harcourts Pacific Pines agent Julian Porter is marketing the home.

He told the local paper they have invested a lot of money into the extensive renovations over the last few years.

The couple own two other properties in the Gold Coast.

Their first purchase before they wed in 2010 was a duplex in Oxenford, one suburb inland from Helensvale, which cost $300,000 in 2008.

They also own a home at Parkwood, near Southport, which has been a $575 a week rental.

They paid $435,000 in 2012, shortly before winning gold in the 100m hurdles at the London Olympics.
