A luxury Paradise Point oceanfront home sold for $6,750,000 on January 26, 2020. 

The three-storey Ephraim Island Access home was listed through Amir Prestige estate agent Alister Billingsley. 

The four-bedroom, five-bathroom house features lift access to all three floors, four ensuite rooms with either water or park views, established gardens, a manicured lawn and water features.
