For the first time in 60 years a prime beachfront parcel in Coalcliff fetched $2.1 million at weekend auction.

Advertised with potential to build a new home on the 645 sqm block, 34 Paterson Road came with little more than the original foundations of a home.

The property sold through Simon Beaufils and Mattias Samuelsson at Ray White Helensburgh.
