Nightcliff the cheapest locality for NT units: Investar

Nightcliff is the cheapest Northern Territory locality for units, according to Investar's recent report.
The property investment firm says that units in Nightcliff has a median price of $215,000.
This is followed by Gillen with $254,500 and The Gap with $262,000.
