Eastlands is set to deliver their first Australian development in Epping this year, with the construction of Origin in Epping.

The boutique residential development will comprise 64 units across two five-storey buildings, and offer a selection of studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartment configurations.

Origin has been conceived as a harmonious blend of convenience and calm, located amongst greenery, transport and multiple employment hubs, including Macquarie Park.

Designed by Architex, the stylish interiors feature large open-plan living rooms, floor-to-ceiling windows and extensive balcony space to relax and entertain.

High-quality finishes are visible throughout the generously-sized homes, with some apartments including freestanding baths and the choice between split-level penthouses.

A grand lobby welcomes residents and their guests into each of the two apartment buildings, setting the tone for the beautiful apartment interiors.

Penthouses feature a full kitchen with 80mm benchtop, European fittings and premium Miele appliances.

The development is also in close proximity to Epping train station, Epping Public School, local cafés and a range of restaurants.

Forte Construction Group is expected to finish the development this year.
