It was sold by Raine & Horne Neutral Bay agent Terry Howard for $2.65 million on Thursday, June 23, 2011. The latest marketing suggested a price expectation of $2.5 million plus, having been listed in 2010 with $3.3 million hopes. It last traded at $2,325,000 in November 2003, reflecting  1.7% growth.
