A waterfront Booker Bay trophy apartment on NSW’s Central Coast has been listed for January 24 auction.

The three-bedroom, two-bathroom residence at 1/372 Booker Bay Road, was designed by architect Darren Tve.

Completed in 2019, the villa boasts a plunge pool overlooking the waterfront.

The offering comes with six year homeowners’ warranty.

It has 132 sqm internal space, plus 60 sqm external space.

Set an hour from Sydney, it adjoins the recently sold record-breaking $2.45 million apartment sale.

Located at 2/372 Booker Bay Road, the Booker Bay property beat the peninsula region apartment record by $350,000.

Its modern design includes sleek interiors, an oversized outdoor living room and expansive lawns.

The home was ideal as a no-maintenance weekender but was purchased by a Sydney holiday homebuyer who plans to rent the property.

Belle Property’s Cathy Baker, who is marketing the listing, after securing the earlier sale, said that she has seen an upswing of sales in the region amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Baker noted a trend of Sydney buyers snapping up holiday houses on the Central Coast.

“We’ve had our busiest winter ever, closing a year’s worth of property sales in two months,” she said.

The home's other offerings included water views framed by Norfolk pines, off-form concrete walls, and heated bathroom floors.
