TQM Group and ACE Property Development Group are set to present their upcoming project The Grand at an exclusive sales launch event.

The event will take place on Saturday April 29 from 12 pm to 4 pm at the Lyons Den Gosford, just up the road from where The Grand is located on Mann Street

Buyers will be able to discover the design of the apartments, as well as get an idea behind the state-of-the-art amenities that will be on offer once the build is completed.

Food and drink will be served as buyers have the chance to speak to the team of agents and in-house experts who will be on hand to answer any questions.

Gosford's Mann Street is one of the most ideally located spots for apartment seekers arguably across the whole of the Central Coast.

It's a stones throw from Central Coast Stadium, the Central Coast Leagues Club and its affiliated park, and the Drifters Wharf and accompanying Brisbane Water. Pair that with an array of coffee shops, retail and restaurants, there's no better spot to be in the gateway to the Central Coast.

The amalgamated site was secured for $9.65 million in mid-2021 and is set to comprise 138 apartments across an 18-level Kann Finch-designed tower.

The two-bedroom floorplans are priced from $700,000, spanning nearly 100 sqm of internal living space, with each oriented to take in the impressive views on offer at The Grand.

The bowed terraces seamlessly connect to the vast internal living areas, which adjoin to kitted out kitchen and dining rooms, featuring stone island benches, back-lit stone splash backs, brushed brass Parisi tap ware and ILVE appliances.

A street level podium will house a number of food and beverage tenancies, while a resident's infinity pool will crown the podium levels, along with a landscaped garden by Site Image Landscape Architects.

TQM will handle the construction of the project, which is slated for completion in 2025.
