The Grand, the newest apartment development in the burgeoning Gosford, the gateway to the Central Coast, has kicked off its launch with over $25 million in sales.

The exclusive launch event took place at the local watering hole Lyons Den Gosford, conveniently located near the future site of The Grand, a joint venture project between TQM and Ace Property Group.

Prospective buyers had the opportunity to explore the apartment designs and gain insight into the cutting-edge amenities that will be available upon completion.

Situated on Gosford's Mann Street, the project offers one of the most desirable locations for apartment seekers across the entire Central Coast.

Acquired for $9.65 million in mid-2021, the amalgamated site will feature an impressive 18-level tower designed by Kann Finch, encompassing a total of 138 apartments.

The two-bedroom floorplans, priced from $700,000, boast nearly 100 sqm of internal living space and are designed to maximise views across the Brisbane Water.

The curved terraces connect to the spacious internal living areas, which are complemented by well-appointed kitchen and dining spaces. These areas feature stone island benches, back-lit stone splashbacks, brushed brass Parisi tapware, and high-quality ILVE appliances.

The development will also include a street-level podium, housing several food and beverage establishments, adding vibrancy and convenience to residents' daily lives.

The podium levels will be crowned by a residents' infinity pool and a landscaped garden, designed by Site Image Landscape Architects.

TQM Group will oversee the realisation of the project, which is scheduled for completion in 2025.
