With apartments featuring wrap-around balconies capturing 270-degree panoramic harbour, city skyline and parkside views, The Centennial Collection by local Eastern Suburbs developer, Stargate Property Group has been inundated with eager downsizers, selling out the first release of apartments at its launch last week.

Stargate Property's Co-founding Director, Elia Leis, said The Centennial Collection is the group's signature legacy project.

“We have been instrumental in delivering quality residences in the east for the past two decades, Leis said.

"It showcases SJB’s magnificent architecture and interior designs delivering a timeless collection of superior homes, maximising views from its elevated park side position, complemented by premium amenity.”

Having undertaken a design competition between multiple top tier firms, SJB were successful in winning Waverley Councils’ first design excellence competition.

Described by SJB architect, Adam Haddow as “a castle high on the hill”, The Centennial Collection is positioned on one of the highest points of eastern suburbs, idyllically located opposite Sydney’s iconic Centennial Park.

The group has set a new benchmark for luxurious interiors and amenities within the development, reminiscent of a luxurious European five-star resort, with 70 apartments included in the dual-tower project.

With a mix of one, two, three and four-bedroom residences, prices at the launch started from $2.4 million for a two-bedroom apartments, while the three-bedders were priced from $3.65 million.

The launch weekend included the sale of a $12 million three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments, as well as several whole-floor apartments, which encompass 360 degree vistas.

At the pinnacle of the Collection is two house-sized penthouses which will be separately launched, featuring rooftop swimming pools with terraces which capture harbour views, as well as parkland views over Centennial Park, stretching from North Head to Botany Bay.

Ray White Projects Partner, Marcello Bo said there is nothing like this level of luxury in this enclave of the Eastern Suburbs.

“Featuring European-inspired interiors with a choice of three finishes schemes, The Centennial Collection is an exceptional offering in terms of apartment living in Sydney’s prized eastern suburbs.

"Stargate is unequivocally raising the bar on apartment living with this exquisite collection of extraordinary, house-sized residences. The array of optional upgrades has intentionally been included to appeal to purchasers looking to customise their home with features such as marble fireplaces, his-and-her robes, or even a generous butler’s pantry for additional concealed kitchen space.”

Communal facilities in the building will include a rooftop pool with outdoor dining and entertaining spaces as well as an indoor ‘winter’ pool. There's also a concierge, cold and dry goods delivery rooms and a wellness hub including a cardio and personal training area.

The building will also have EV charging stations and storage for all residences.

Situated in an iconic gateway location overlooking Centennial Park and a moments’ walk to Woollahra’s famous Queen Street, The Centennial Collection boasts an enviable lifestyle with the best of the East’s hatted restaurants, wine bars, shopping and schools all on its doorstep.

The project will also offer curated ground level retail with a vibrant, atmospheric village setting where residents can enjoy a hearty breakfast after a morning jog or cycle around Centennial Park.

Ideal for pet-owners living opposite Sydney’s largest park spanning more than 189 hectares, the development will also be pet-friendly.

Construction for the project is set to get underway in mid-2023 and is earmarked for completion by the end of 2025.
