Tallawong set for new apartments with Tallawong Village under construction
Sydney construction and development company Deicorp is making great progress on their largest north-west Sydney project, Tallawong Village.
Delivering a collection of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, the varying floorplans will target the owner-occupier market along with investors, with the residences landing in one of the fastest growing regions in Australia.
The group continues a strong relationship with architects, Turner Studio, who have designed many of the apartments to feature additional study spaces.
Living and dining spaces lead to open-air terraces and balconies, while internally, the apartments feature warm carpets, engineered timber floorboards and contemporary floor tiles.
The kitchens include polished stone bench tops, mirrored splash backs, and stainless steel Ilve ovens, cooktops and range hoods, all framed by generous storage.
Situated on the doorstep of the Sydney Metro Tallawong Station, Tallawong Village boasts unparalleled connectivity, with existing access to the Sydney CBD, and plans already underway to connect Tallawong to the future Western Sydney International Airport.
The village will also benefit from the planned future Tallawong Town Centre, which will deliver up to 30,000 sqm of retail floorspace, while the bustling Rouse Hill Town Centre is just one stop away on the Metro.
Tallawong Village also lends itself to those seeking an active lifestyle, with a village park outside the door of the residences, while further afield lies a multitude of rural pursuits in the Sydney Parklands corridor and the Hawkesbury region.
Meanwhile, the $300 million Rouse Hill Hospital is set to commence construction by 2023, and there are also plans for a major expansion at the Rouse Hill Town Centre shopping precinct, with 90 new retailers including a department store, additional speciality shops and leisure/entertainment facilities.
