Sydney's Eastern Suburbs scores 85% clearance auction rate: CoreLogic

Sydney's Eastern Suburbs had the highest weekend auction clearance rate, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that out of the 60 auctions in the Eastern Suburbs 85% resulted in a successful outcome.

This was followed by the Northern Beaches with 82.4% and the City and Inner South with 77.5%.

A four bedroom house at 5 Gilderthorpe Avenue, Randwick (above) was sold for $2.765 million over the weekend.

Similarly a four bedroom house at 482 Wilson Street, Darlington (below) was sold over the weekend for $2 million.
