The recent opening of the final stage of the $2.6 billion motorway connecting Sydney Airport to the WestConnex toll network marks a significant milestone for Sydney’s infrastructure.

The new Sydney Gateway provides a direct connection between the airport and Sydney’s major sporting and event precincts, with travel times now expected to be less than 20 minutes.

Set to benefit from the new road and tunnel upgrades is the recently completed Sapphire and Ruby Apartments by developer YMCI Australia.

Located just minutes from the heart of Sydney Olympic Park, Ruby Apartments offers residents extensive connectivity to the rest of Sydney. The new Sydney Gateway is just another added convenience to residents who are well-serviced by the Sydney Train network.

"The Sydney Gateway is a gamechanger for our residents," said Australia AYMCI Director Jason Tan, empahsising the transformative impact of the Sydney Gateway on Ruby Apartments.

"It will dramatically cut travel times to key destinations like the Sydney CBD, Parramatta, and Sydney Airport, making Ruby Apartments an even more attractive choice for professionals and families alike."

The transport connections strengthen the prospect of living in Sydney Olympic Park which offers a more affordable option for those who need to commute to the city.

"The increased accessibility brought by the Sydney Gateway will undoubtedly enhance the value of properties within the Sydney Olympic Park precinct," Tan added.

"This infrastructure project is set to elevate the status of Ruby Apartments, making it not only a great place to live but also a sound investment for the future."

A handful of the remaining apartments are priced under $800,000. Those apartments fall within the threshold for full stamp duty concessions under the NSW Government First Home Buyers Assistance Scheme.

In another bonus for Ruby residents, YMCI Australia is also set to be a retail promenade on the ground level of Ruby. Six retail shops are soon to hit the market, which can cater for several uses, from cafes and restaurants to convenience stores and clothes stores.

"A vibrant retail scene is essential to creating a lively community, and with the Sydney Gateway increasing accessibility, we are confident that Ruby Apartments will become a central hub for both residents and visitors," Tan said.

"The future is incredibly bright for those who choose to make Ruby their home."
