Surfer artist Mitchell English and his wife, Helen, a Paddington-based bridal wear designer, have listed their Sydney northern beaches cottage. It’s a very popular Palm Beach holiday letting returning more than $100,000 annually.

Offers on the smartly adapted fisherman’s cottage listing are due March 15 to Domain Residential Group agent Michael King.

Located at the northern end of pricey Iluka Road, it’s been rebuilt with design input from Tim Allison, Sean Dean and Mitchell.

The property, with vaulted ceilings and recycled Oregon beams, is in close proximity to Snappermans Beach reserve.

It has been featured in many photo shoots including Inside Out magazine (pictured above and below).

The Englishes feel confident of a price in the high $2 million range based on the recent sale by Michael King also along Iluka Road for the designer Anna Cayzer-Lysaght to Simon Horauf of Play Communication for $2,825,000.

Mitchell English's art features quintessential Australian beach scenes.
