Newcastle and Lake Macquarie apartment developer Next Level Seven has officially launched Watervue, a bold new statement to the growing Newcastle skyline.

Watervue, at 10 Steel Street, comprises 106 apartments spread across a 19-level tower that offers panoramic views of the city and the harbour.

Designed by Stewart Architecture, prospective homeowners can select from a range of apartment options, including one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus study, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom configurations, as well as two luxury penthouses. Serviced by three lifts, each floor accommodates a maximum of seven apartments.

The generous floor plans, featuring 2.7-metre high ceilings, are strategically designed to optimise views and infuse the interiors with natural light. Expansive balconies extend an invitation to outdoor living.

Watervue, strategically positioned at a corner, captures east-northeast aspects and accompanying breezes. The east-northeast orientation ensures apartments bask in the morning sun while benefiting from coastal breezes during summer.

The double glazing and ducted air conditioning without condensers on verandahs further emphasise Watervue's priority for resident comfort.

The well-appointed designer kitchens boast stone benchtops and stainless steel Miele appliances. Luxurious bathrooms showcase floor-to-ceiling tiles and premium fixtures.

Exclusive upgrade packages are available for all apartments, including appliance upgrades, heated bathroom floors and towel rails, ceiling fans, and power outlets in car spaces. Secure parking is provided for all apartments, with each car space having a storage cage.

On the podium, residents can socialise in the fourth-floor residents’ lounge or take advantage of the well-equipped business hub. Residents can pick herbs from the lush edible garden on the podium rooftop, get together on the pool deck or take a dip in the 25-metre heated lap pool.

Situated just one block from Newcastle’s harbour, apartments from level 12 and above offer uninterrupted views of the busy working waterway. Lower levels provide view corridors to the harbour along with aspects overlooking Watervue’s private swimming pool, with its beach area and landscaped surrounds.

Watervue is just a short stroll from major supermarkets, light rail, the Newcastle Transport Interchange, cafés, restaurants, bars, and the Newcastle Cruising Yacht Club, with easy access to Market Town shopping centre, the inner city and Cooks Hill.

Next Level Seven appointed builder Bloc Constructions to build Watervue, with an estimated completion date in September 2024. Street Property is marketing the project.
