Longstanding and respected Newcastle builder developer, GWH, is giving buyers more bang for their buck compared to any other apartment project in Newcastle.

The iCIRT-rated developer is offering floorplans some 20 per cent larger than others on the local market at their under-construction tower ONE Apartments, located in the heart of the Newcastle West on National Park Street, on the doorstep of Marketown and the Newcastle Interchange.

The 22 and 19-level buildings designed by Marchese Partners, connected by a four-level podium that will home commercial space, will comprise 193 one, two and three-bedroom apartments.

Over 50 per cent of the apartments have already been snapped up, with construction well on track for a late 2025 completion. Nearly all of the one-bedroom apartments are accounted for.

Homeowners can choose between natural, earthy tones in light and dark colour palettes. 

Each apartment is also fully wired with fibre-to-premises NBN, Pay TV, wireless access points, and the option to upgrade to the Clipsal Wiser™ Smart Home system, allowing residents to control home features via a single app.

Residents at ONE Apartments will have access to exclusive amenities, including an outdoor pool, cinema, gym, sauna, a bookable private function room, and two rooftop entertainment areas. 

The Scenic Lounge is located on the 22nd floor of the South Tower, and the Harbourview Lounge is atop the 19th floor of the North Tower.

ONE Apartments is ideally located within walking distance of Darby Street eateries, parks, the Civic Theatre, Newcastle Interchange, the Honeysuckle foreshore precinct, and various retail stores.
