Naremburn is the NSW location where it takes the least time to sell a unit, according to Investar’s latest market report.

The property investment firm states that an average unit at Naremburn can expect to be on the market for 39 days before being sold.

This is followed by Kirrawee at 40 days and Greenwich at 41 days.
