The Macquarie Group executive David Roseman and his interior decorator wife, Sue, have $9.5 million hopes for their recently listed Point Piper penthouse apartment.

They are set to upgrade nearby being the whispered $16 million plus buyers of the longtime listing of the Hong Kong-based JP Morgan boss Paul Uren and his wife Jennifer.

The Uren’s Point Piper harbourfront property was initially listed two years ago with $18 million hopes having been bought for $15 million from Bernard Curran in 2016.

It was designed by architect Andrew Burges with landscaping by Will Dangar.

The Roseman’s redundant four bedroom penthouse apartment, renovated since being bought in 2006 for $3.9 million, has been listed by Di Baker Real Estate. 

Roseman is the global executive chairman of the infrastructure and energy group of Macquarie Capital.
