The fully-integrated powerhouse developers, Conquest Property Group have taken to Burwood again.

With over 20 years’ experience on a wide variety of projects, Conquest have delivered over 1000 residential apartment homes, mixed use and retail developments over their time, including the Luxury 5 Start Hotel Burwood and The Greens Strathfield.

The group’s latest is being delivered as Burwood’s rising star, with the La Luna Residences set to blend luxury and location, capturing the essence of Burwood’s culture in harmony with metropolitan style living, elevating the Burwood precinct to new heights.

Crafted by Conquest’s architecture and construction team, La Luna takes on a tall and sleek design, with a brass façade.

Connecting directly to Burwood’s Westfield Shopping Centre, La Luna sits centrally above three-levels of commercial space, offering health and wellbeing amenities on the doorstep of the residences.

La Luna Residences comprises 18 floors of residential living complete with 54 exclusive luxury apartments, four-levels of basement parking and a spacious communal garden.

With inspiration taken from the Pantone 2020 colour of the year Classic Blue - “A shade reminiscent of the sky at dusk”, the Conquest marketing team crafted a rich brand story, with the blue and gold harmoniously referencing colours of the night sky, the moon and the aspired luxury.

The LL monogram of La Luna symbolises the buildings statuesque and sleek silhouette and the Residence exudes sophistication, according to the group.
