Sydney property agency Highland has been appointed as the lead selling agent for the $375 million luxury apartment project, Archibald by ALAND.

The full-service real estate company has more than 40 projects currently in market along the eastern seaboard from southern Sydney to the Gold Coast, with this week announcing it will sell Archibald's one, two and three-bedroom apartments, along with the three and four-bedroom penthouses.

Located at 108 Donnison Street, Gosford, Archibald is a dual tower development which will deliver 199 residences in the West Tower and 124 in the East Tower.

Highland selling agent Clint Willoughby said Archibald offers a rare balance of affordable coastal and cosmopolitan living in one of the Central Coast’s most connected locations.

“The Highland team is thrilled to be appointed to sell Archibald and we are very eager to show prospective buyers all this project has to offer, from its unrivalled amenity to stunning layouts and finishes,” said Willoughby.

“Being situated where it is, Archibald merges resort living with connectivity, providing the sought after blend of relaxation and recreation among buyers.”

Offering unrivalled amenity that the Central Coast has never seen, Archibald is home to an exclusive Skybar and Lounge on level 28 and a pub on the ground floor with dining.

Residents will have full access to hotel-managed amenities such as the lobby café, resort style pool and swim-up pool bar, which have been designed with relaxation and restoration in mind.

Georgia Scanlon is also selling Archibald, which she says will bring a new level of luxury living to the Central Coast with each residence designed to appeal to a range of buyers.

“Archibald appeals to local buyers, Sydney downsizers looking for the coastal lifestyle, and investors looking to capitalise on the growth potential of this thriving region,” said Scanlon.

“Now an extension of Greater Sydney, it’s situated in one of the Central Coast’s most connected locations, with a full range of business, retail, dining, cultural, entertainment, transport, and recreational activities, essentially at your doorstep.”

Designed by Place Studio, Archibald will feature striking sail-like curves, echoing the boats on the nearby Brisbane Waters, in addition to uninterrupted views of Gosford’s skyline.

Prices for the apartments start from $450,000 through to $1.6 million, with the penthouses priced on application.

ALAND CEO, George Tadrosse said Highland were the obvious choice for sales agents for Archibald.

“Highland was an obvious choice to lead the sales and marketing program for Archibald due to its credibility as one of Sydney’s leading agencies and its extensive network of buyers,” Tadrosse said.

Completion of Archibald is estimated for the third quarter of 2024.
