Emerging Sydney-based property developer, FYVE, has released its vision for Liverpool’s tallest DA-approved development, as the company prepares to launch sales on the project.

Branded The Liverpool by FYVE, the project is located at 26 Elizabeth Street, in the heart of the Liverpool CBD, soaring 34-storeys into the sky.

The project will feature 193 apartments, a 93-room hotel, 6,500 sqm of commercial space, and a range of ground-floor retail tenancies, establishing a new benchmark for mixed-use residential projects in the region.

According to Amen Zoabi, Founder and Managing Director of Fyve, The Liverpool by FYVE will be a defining project for the people and the city of Liverpool.

“We’re incredibly proud to bring this project to market, and we’re very much looking forward to delivering The Liverpool as an unparalleled example of design and lifestyle excellence in south-west Sydney,” said Zoabi.

“The Liverpool by FYVE is unlike other developments, due to its mix of high-quality residential, boutique hotel accommodation, premium commercial and unique food and beverage-oriented retail spaces – with this kind of product mix unheard of in this area.

The Liverpool will be delivered with an experienced team backing the project, including one of Australia’s leading architecture firms, Rothelowman, as well as renowned construction company, Binah.

“With the city of Liverpool positioned at the gateway to the $5.3 billion Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport, due to open to passengers in 2026, the future is bright for Sydney’s south-western capital,” added Zoabi.

“We’re situated at the epicentre of the Western Sydney Aerotropolis precinct, which will become a thriving economic zone surrounding the future airport, that is set to generate tens of thousands of new jobs in the region,” he said.

As the city of Liverpool matures into a premier destination within Sydney’s booming Western Parkland City, homebuyers of The Liverpool will be confident knowing their purchase is underpinned by sound economic fundamentals, creating a successful long-term investment.

The prooject by FYVE will also sit on the intersection of a significant network of planned cycleways to be delivered by Liverpool City Council, both along Elizabeth Street and neighbouring streets.

“We’re expecting a wide range of purchasers to be interested in The Liverpool by FYVE, from first home buyers, local families and owner-occupiers, to savvy investors and local healthcare and education workers,” said Zoabi

“We know our purchasers will appreciate the amenity and quality on offer, and we can’t wait to create this vibrant new community for them.”
