Fraser Property’s new master-planned community in Sydney’s Macquarie Park has achieved over 100 sales since its October launch.

Midtown MacPark, the new $2.1 billion community, occupies an 8.2-hectare site and is expected to feature a mix of around 3,300 new mixed-tenure residences, integrated within community facilities.

Fraser Property noted strong interest from first-home buyers with all studio apartments sold, which Fraser Property’s Nigel Edgar attributed to the HomeBuilder scheme.

“We’ve also seen strong demand from investors, who represent nearly 50 per cent of purchasers to date”, he said.

The development will include a proposed co-educational primary school, two childcare centres, seniors’ living and aged care, a new 6,000sqm central park, playgrounds, a community centre, and commercial pool and gym.

Designed by architects including Bates Smart, Hassell, COX and Candalepas Associates, the master-planned community will likely benefit the broader Macquarie Park community with the countless amenities expected to drive prices up.
