The coming weeks may be your last chance to save on a brand-new apartment purchase with the HomeBuilder Grant extension set to end on March 31.

HomeBuilder provides eligible owner-occupiers, including first home buyers, with a $15,000 grant to purchase a new build or off-the-plan dwelling in Sydney valued under $950,000.

For many first home buyers, the current government incentives mean that it may be cheaper to own than to rent.

So, if you’re looking to cash in on the competitive offers and grants available for only a limited amount of time, here are four Sydney residences eligible for the $15,000 HomeBuilder Grant.

1. Georgette, Kew Schofields
