It has been offered by Georgi Bates and Claudia Merkert from Cunninghams Real Estate. 

Located at 18 Griffiths Street, the house features indoor-outdoor living transitions.

It comes with three bedrooms, open plan kitchen, living/dining area, covered entertaining deck overlooking the garden and guest powder room.

Other features include 12 foot high ceilings, wood floors, sash windows in living area, multi-layered entertaining decks and automated watering system. 

It has landscaping designed by Adam Robinson of Adam Robinson Designs.

The family home is close to Manly West Public School, with easy access to Manly, bus stops, cafes and shops.

The suburb's median house price sits at $2.3 million, according to CoreLogic.
