The luxury waterfront development Azure is nearing completion, with construction set to conclude in the last quarter of this year.

Developed and built by renowned developer/builder DASCO, Azure offers a collection of 39 oversized apartments.

Situated on the exclusive Point Frederick peninsula, the Central Coast's waterfront sanctuary has attracted buyers seeking a laidback luxury lifestyle that's just over an hours drive from both Sydney and Newcastle, with Azure providing residents with a front-row seat to the views of Brisbane Water.

Azure's prime location strikes the perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility. Situated in proximity to the Central Coast Stadium and public transport options, residents can easily enjoy the region's attractions and have convenient connections to neighbouring cities.

Highlighting just how sought after the project has been, George Brand Real Estate and Whome Group who are marketing the project, have sold over 92 per cent of the apartments so far.

DASCO engaged PRODOC Architects to design Azure, which has been crafted with expansive proportions and high quality finishes.

Residents can indulge in resort-style facilities, including an outdoor pool, a shady gazebo, landscaped alfresco areas and a fully equipped gym.

Azure also incorporates the latest technological advancements, with the apartments featuring smart home automation, allowing homeowners to control various aspects of their living spaces effortlessly. From the comfort of their own apartments, residents can operate the ducted air-conditioning, remotely control the roller blinds, and enjoy the energy-efficient LED downlights and light strips.

Residents will benefit from video security intercom and full access control, while solar panels are set to power the common area lighting, contributing to an environmentally friendly and sustainable living environment.

All the two and four-bedroom apartments have been sold in Azure, with just 133 sqm, three-bedroom floorplans remaining, priced from $1.16 million.
