Construction is officially underway at PAMA Casuarina, a rare new apartment development in the NSW North Coast region.

Developed by Holm Developments in a joint venture with DeMartini Fletcher, PAMA will deliver only 47 residences, with the project proving to be a popular option for buyers with only a limited number of residences remaining.

The architectural design of PAMA Casuarina is a testament to sophistication and style, with renowned firm Plus Architecture seamlessly blending coastal elegance with the iconic mid-century charm of Palm Springs.

Each residence at PAMA Casuarina boasts spacious floor plans and private balconies, with the balconies complete with built-in barbecues, allowing residents to fully embrace the alfresco lifestyle that the coastal location offers.

Luxury finishes are a hallmark of PAMA Casuarina, with stone benchtops, tiled flooring, brushed nickel tapware, and Miele appliances adorning the residences. The floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors not only flood the interiors with natural light but also offer panoramic views of the sought after surroundings.

Residents can rest easy knowing that secure basement parking is available for all residences, with most featuring space for two cars and additional storage.

A range of amenities also await residents, including a resort-style pool with a wet deck area, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue facilities, an expansive board storage facility, outdoor showers, and exclusive use of vintage bicycles.

The location of PAMA Casuarina has been a main driver for buyers in the development, with Casuarina's finest cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops all within walking distance. For those who love to travel, the nearby M1 provides easy access to both Brisbane and Byron Bay, while the Gold Coast International Airport is just a short 20-minute drive away.

Nestled in a tranquil and untouched section of the coastline, PAMA Casuarina is set to become a sought-after residential address, with only a limited remaining supply of two, three and four-bedroom apartments remaining.
