Sydney-based developer Haitchin Group has officially commenced construction on the residential part of their Norwest mixed-use development, Infinity Park.

Infinity Park comprises three distinct residential buildings which will home 290 apartments.

The tallest tower, Marquee, at 25 levels, is accompanied by two five-level, low-rise buildings Alpha and Omega. Alpha and Omega will offer the most premium two and three-bedroom apartments in the precinct.

The three buildings are expected to complete half way through 2025. Construction company CJCA is handling the build.

Adjacent to the residential buildings is a seven-level commercial tower which have 95 strata commercial suites and a 193 sqm rooftop fine-dining restaurant led by acclaimed chef Joshua Mason.

Construction on the commercial tower commenced in September 2022, and that's slated for completion in April 2024.

Situated atop Norwest's highest point, Infinity Park boasts panoramic views of The Hills District. The development will be anchored by a tropical lagoon-style swimming pool, the largest of its kind in Norwest.

Designed by Turner, Infinity Park comprises one, two and three-bedroom apartments which start at $630,000.

Haitchin Group's General Manager Robert Tasevski said Infinity Park offers an enviable lifestyle, with a major drawcard being within walking distance of the picturesque Castle Hill Country Club.

"Our generously-sized apartments and balconies are designed with downsizers and those seeking more space than the average Sydney apartment in mind," Tasevski says.

"The larger two and three-bedroom apartments will cater to local downsizers looking for a stunning new home, close to all amenities, including the Castle Hill Country Club, Norwest Metro station, Norwest Shopping Centre, and local schools."

Tasevski said through the delivery of Infinity Park, their vision is to contribute to the long-term development of Norwest, providing an ideal opportunity for local downsizers and professional families to upgrade or rightsize.

David Inkster, Director of PRD Norwest, said Norwest is undeniably one of Sydney's fastest-growing suburbs, with several hundred apartments currently under construction or set to begin soon.

"Once these projects are completed, there will be no further opportunity to purchase," Inkster says.

"Infinity Park stands out as one of the most premium mixed-use communities in Norwest. The project has already generated strong interest, particularly among local downsizers who recognise the unique opportunity it presents."
