Cbus Property is set to launch its final release in its popular north-western Sydney apartment development, The Langston in Epping.

The third and final apartment tower, dubbed Oasis, will rise 18 levels and sit along side Langston Tower and Central. Langston is all-but sold out, while Central is 70 per cent sold.

Oasis will home 92 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, with a distinctive design by Architectus seeing some floors have just four apartments.

Hutchinson Builders, who have built all three towers in the precinct, will be allowing prospective buyers to walk through a completed apartment in Oasis for the launch day November 6, inspect the finishes and furnishing the apartments will have when completed in early 2022.

Cbus Property chief executive Adrian Pozzo said offering a completed apartment gives purchasers another level of confidence that what they buy will be delivered in the same way.

“This is especially important for purchasers seeking reassurance as they return to in-person property searches in the wake of Sydney’s pandemic-related lockdowns,” Pozzo said.

“At the same time, I know our project and sales teams are eager to share the results of their hard work throughout the past three years.”

Pozzo believes Oasis will appeal to a wide range of purchasers eager to secure a place in Epping’s premier development.

“Even through Sydney’s recent lockdowns, The Langston has continued to sell well, with our first stage, Langston Tower, now almost sold out, and our second stage, Central, nearly 70 per cent sold,” Pozzo said.

“Now, with the release of Oasis, we are expecting interest from young professionals and families, as well as downsizers, in what will be the last chance to secure a place in Epping’s landmark project.

“With its prime location just 100 metres from Epping station, an amazing lifestyle precinct on the doorstep, and countless amenities on site, Oasis combines all the factors modern residential apartment purchasers are seeking.”

Pozzo said what's become evident in the last few years is that in the residential high and medium density sectors, homebuyers are looking for an increased level of space and amenity in and around their homes, reducing the need to venture too far from home.

Oasis residents will have direct access to all of The Langston’s luxurious amenity, including the Sky Lounge & Dining space, on level 22 of The Langston’s middle tower, Central, as well as lush podium-level gardens, the Pool Deck, Wellness Hub, gym and co-working space.

Oasis is The Langston’s closest offering to Epping Station and is quietly set back in a peaceful pocket of Chambers Court, away from Epping Road.

The Langston precinct features a landscaped 2,750 sqm public plaza adjoining a 2,100 sqm mixed-use retail precinct, including a supermarket, cafés, restaurants, and a number of other retail tenancies.
