HSN Property Group’s Bondi Junction project, Ellipse is nearing completion, with the oval structure set to deliver a collection of apartments in one of Sydney’s most sought-after locations.

Designed by nationally acclaimed Architect James Tonkin, in collaboration with award-winning Yvette Philips Interior Design, Ellipse comprises two and four-bedroom apartments, with master bedrooms equipped with an ensuite and private balcony, as well as internal laundries.

With only four, two-bedroom apartments and one four-bedroom apartment remaining, three with custom linen-covered built in wardrobes, Ellipse has marked itself as a rarity in the suburb, with the project set to be the last building to be developed on Waverley Crescent.

1st City are handling the sales of Ellipse, with agent Yaron Foghel saying they've seen mostly downsizes and young professional couples interested in the Bondi Junction project.

"Most of the Bondi Junction developments are around Oxford Street," he said.

"Ellipse is closer to Woollahra and Bondi Beach where there are no high rises around and it's close by to a handful of parks, making it a very different and better location," Foghel added.

Following an open plan living, apartments open out to multiple balconies throughout the home, including a north-east facing balcony that captures city skyline aspects and water views.

Kitchens will feature a statement ‘Statuario’ marble island bench, benchtops and splashback, complete with Wolf and Miele appliances and Sub-Zero fridge/freezers. Apartments come with two car spaces and storage, benefiting from lift level access as well as an entrance lobby.

With a distinct curved façade made up of pre-cast concrete, the complimenting marble and natural tones throughout tie the building to its surrounds.

Crowning Ellipse is a shared rooftop space, decked out with a fire pit and seating areas, allowing residents to soak in the surrounding CBD and ocean views.

Landing on Waverly Crescent, residents are just minutes from a range of amenity, including the infamous Bondi Beach.

“The living possibilities are infinite at Ellipse Residences. You are only minutes away from everything you need, the beach, Westfield Bondi Junction, Sydney CBD, educational institutions, local conveniences, public transport, organic cafes, vibrant bars and restaurants,” a HSN spokesperson said.
