Kailani, the only new apartment development on Batemans Bay's dress circle Beach Road, has smashed not only the local record for the highest apartment sale, but for the whole Eurobadalla Shire.

The $2.75 million sale of the penthouse crowns the low-rise building that is currently under construction by builder-developer KELA Building Group.

McGrath Projects agent Adam Sparkes said the buyer was a local, and is intending on reconfiguring the large floorplan.

The 219 sqm penthouse, with uninterrupted views of the bay and marina, has four bedrooms and two living zones, as well as a master suite with a walk-in robe and ensuite with dual vanity, a freestanding bath, and a shower.

The penthouse also includes a large front-facing terrace and a separate side balcony accessible from the second living area, offering a prime north-westerly aspect.

There are now just four apartments left in Kailani, currently under construction with a completion date of early 2025.

Each of the remaining apartments have three bedrooms and interiors by Archebiosis Interior Architects who were inspired by the natural beauty of the South Coast region, incorporating organic textures and three earth-inspired palettes.

The location of Kailani is one of the best in the whole of Batemans Bay, and is unlikely to be repeated.

The golf club is one of the biggest drawcards in the whole of Batemans Bay. The championship Catalina Club Golf Course is accompanied by the Catalina Country Club, arguably one of the most popular spots in Batemans Bay and the wider Eurobodalla Shire.

Kailani residents will be a level walk to the Batemans Bay township where there are two shopping centres, Village Centre and Bridge Plaza. The marina across the road is a boaties paradise with all required amenities. It is also home to seafood restaurants Southern Catch and JJ's at The Marina

"The immediate surrounds of Kailani suits any kind of buyer, from families and holidaymakers who can be on the water in moments to retirees and downsizers who have cafes, all essential amenities and a 27-hole golf course 200m away from their front door," KELA Director James Lawson said.
